Cancellations within in 2 business days of the fair will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

GAC Happy Hour

GAC Happy HourImmediately following the fair, the Graduate Architecture Council (GAC) will host a happy hour in Givens Hall (approximately 8 p.m.) for employers and students. The networking happy hour will allow students to engage employers and alumni in a relaxed setting. Light snacks and beverages will be provided.


Booth Information 

  • Booths will be placed in alphabetical order by employer name. Students and employers will receive a guide that includes a directory and locations of all participating organizations.

  • Booths include one 6 ft x 18 in table, tablecloth and 2 chairs.

  • Wireless Internet service is available throughout campus. Use “wustl-guest-2.0”.  No password needed.

  • Booths at the career fair will not have electricity.

  • You are welcome to check in after 3:00 p.m. to set up your booth. Employer check-in is in the Steinberg Hall Critique Space.


Loading Zone & Parking

Recruiters may park in Visitor Spots of the East End garage. From Forsyth, turn north on Wrighton Way and straight into the underground garage.

Check in will be available after 3:00 p.m. in Steinberg Hall. Parking validations, booth information, name tags, and additional details will be available at check in. Maps, Directions, Parking.

Parking is very limited parking on campus. We encourage you to take a taxi, Uber, Metrolink, or have a colleague drop you off at Steinberg Hall.


Exhibit Shipping

Please ship your booth items in advance.

Exhibit materials will be accepted starting Monday, February 17, 2020. We will not be able to store your materials before this date. Your materials will be at your booth the day of the career fair.

Return Shipping: FedEx Express and Ground pick-up service

Please package and label your boxes/items for the return shipping with your FedEx account information. Your company is responsible for shipping charges. If your company does not use FedEx, we will ship using our account and add that charge to your career fair registration fee. This will be the most convenient and fastest method for you and your team.


Position Postings

Make sure your job and internship postings are current. No charge to post.


Interview Rooms

Interview rooms are available in the days before and after the career fair. There is never a charge for use of interview rooms and they are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Call us for availability at 314-935-9005.


Marketing & Advertising

The Career Center will promote your organization to students the week leading up to the fair through emails and career fair promotions.Organizations are encouraged to provide the Career Center with updated postings for the career fair guide. Additional advertising can be purchased in Student Life, the student newspaper, by contacting advertising@studlife.com or 314-935-6713.


Dinner & Refreshments

A boxed dinner will be provided to employers. Beverages including water will be available throughout the career fair as well as pre-packaged snack items.

TIP: Bring a reusable water bottle to easily bring water back to your booth.
