What dates are available for interviews?
Interview days are available during both the fall and spring semesters. After determining your organization’s hiring needs, connect with the Center for Career Engagement to coordinate an interview date. Full availability details can be found on the recruitment calendar.
What are my scheduling options?
OCR allows pre-selected student applicants to sign up for your available time slots directly in Handshake. As an employer conducting OCR interviews, you will be included in the Career Center’s marketing.
Coordinate interview times directly with students; the Center for Career Engagement provides a room for the interviews to take place.
Allows students to self-select an interview slot when applying for a position. With this
option there is no chance to pre-screen your applicants before they are given the
opportunity to schedule an interview.
What is the process for my interview day?
The Center for Career Engagement is located at 6475 Forsyth Blvd St. Louis, MO 63105 in the Danforth University Center, Suite 110. Parking and visiting information
The doors to the Center for Career Engagement are open from 9:00 a.m. until 5 p.m. CST Monday – Friday. Please let us know if you would like access to the interview space before 9:00 a.m. or after 5 p.m.. Our student Career Peers will welcome you in the front office and have you sign in. You will then be directed to the second floor of the Center for Career Engagement where the interview suites are located.
An open employer lounge is available to you on the second floor of the Center for Career Engagement. The lounge has complimentary coffee, tea, soda, and water as well as a refrigerator and microwave. Wifi is also available throughout the building.

The Center for Career Engagement closes at 5:00 p.m. A follow up survey will be emailed to you a few days after your visit.
What do I need to know about my evening Information Session?
Please have your team meet the student ambassador 30 minutes BEFORE your session start time.
Your student ambassador will meet your team outside the Center for Career Engagement located in the Danforth University Center, unless otherwise discussed. The ambassador will help bring over any boxes/materials that have been shipped in advance of the information session. In addition, the ambassador will escort your team to the location/room, assist with set-up and student sign-in, and will be available throughout the event.
If your student ambassador took attendance for your session, your Employer Relations contact will email you a detailed student attendance report in the days following. If your organization took its own attendance we ask you please share your list with us.
